Thank you to Goethe Institut in Ramallah

We want so specially express a big “Thank you” to director Dr. Joerg Schumacher and the Goethe Institut in Ramallah for kindly helping the festival with transportation. Making things possible very quickly was a big relief to us! A big thank you also to Ramzi Azar for driving our artists safely to such special locations as Al- Khalil Palace, Jama´een; Adh Dhahiriya / Hebron; Al Samhan Castle, Ras Karkar and Beit Emmaus, Qubeibeh.

Getting together

It was a real getting together and we are very happy that the festival could play at such a beautiful place. Thank you to Sister Hildegard and all her companions and the people of Beit Emmaus for welcoming us in such a warm and open way.

Sunrise in Jerusalem

Jerusalem, June 27th, 2010

at the Austrian Hospice (rooftop) – still quiet just awaking. It´s going to be a nice day! But you will see a much different sunrise on Friday, July 9th in Jericho at the Sunrise Concert on Mount of Temptation.

Something not to be missed…

Pei-Jee Ng and Stefan Heckel arrived today

Jerusalem, June 26th, 2010

We are very happy that Pei-Jee Ng and Stefan Heckel arrived today. Pei-Jee was taking the night flight and strolled into the Austrian Hospice at 5 am in the morning… Stefan took the little easier way and was arriving in the afternoon.

So we could enjoy the first rehearsal for tomorrows opening concerts and sneaked in to take a little video for you. Enjoy as we did :)
