Christian Jungwirth (born 1961, self-taught) is an internationally sought-after advertising and magazine photographer, and one of the most prominent photographers in our country.
Driven by his passion, he began immersing himself in photography during his school years.
He has collaborated photographically with national and international media houses, advertising agencies, magazines, and book publishers. More than twenty books now bear the unmistakable signature of his image compositions.
He is considered one of the most sought-after specialists for personality shoots in the fields of fashion, business, art, and politics across Europe. He has worked on election campaigns primarily in Germany, Italy, and also in Austria.
His portrait of Josef Zotter covered in chocolate was awarded Best Portrait of the Year in 2006.
