Christian Jungwirth

Christian Jungwirth (*1961, autodidact) is an international advertising and magazine photographer and one oft he most distinguished photographers in our country.
Out of enthusiasm, he is intensivley involved with photography since his schooldays.

Photographic cooperation with national and international media houses, advertising agencies, magazines and book publishers. More than twenty books bear his distinctive signature of his picture compostions. He is one the Europe´s specialists for personel shootings in the fields of fashion, business, art and politics. Election campaigns mainly in Germany, Italy and Austria.

His picture of Josef Zotter (Austrian chocolatier), covered with chocolate, was voted as the best portrait oft he year 2006.

After a reconstruction of his photostudio in 2009, he opened a gallery to bring international renowned photographers to Austria: Paolo Roversi, Véronique Vial, Vee Speers, Marco Longari, Nick Veasey, Christophe Gilbert, Josef Hoflehner, Greg Gorman, Bruno Bisang, Marc Lagrange, Horst Stasny, Peter Mathis, Billy&Hells, Erich Lessing, Kristian Schuller, Matthias Olmeta, Vincent Peters, Arnold Odermatt, Szymon Brodziak, Rainer Schlegelmilch, Gabriele Croppi, Nikloaus Walter and Giorgia Fiorio.
